What You’ll Do

Looking for an opportunity to support the employee experience through occupational health and safety initiatives? You’ll conduct inspections of the work place, conditions, safety and ergonomic to make sure the office is compliant with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations. You’ll also conduct analysis of working place and advisory on improvements in health and safety area.

You'll report to the Global Senior Advisor, Health & Safety. You will impact the business, the employees you support and the various departments that you partner with on a consistent basis through creating together safe working environment.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Provide assessments of investment or modernization plans and taking part in technical acceptance of workstations, devices, or facilities
• Prepare and update risk assessments for every position in the organization
• Coordinate activities in case of accident at work or on the way to work and taking preventive actions for the future including preparing necessary documentation
• Propose and take preventive actions to minimize risk of accident at work
• Provide Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training for new hires
• Educate employees to promote and spread knowledge about Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) (such as first aid, evacuation)

What you will bring to the role:

• Very good knowledge Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
• Excellent knowledge of English and Polish language (multilingual)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
