THE WORK:

Cultivate and enhance relationships within the Partner ecosystem, focusing on driving engagement and collaboration with partners.

Take over and manage the sales cycle when a Partner is engaged, ensuring smooth progression from pipeline origination to closure, and collaborate with Partners to maximize upsell opportunities.

Retain and expand revenue by working closely with Partners to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Participate in joint client management calls with Partners to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Participate and drive pipeline calls with Partners to gather feedback and establish next steps to ensure closing.

Understand Partner business goals and leverage data to create compelling stories and actionable insights that drive Partner and client success.

Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and Partners to build, maintain, and enhance relationships.

Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics and business trends internally to leadership.

Provide consulting services to Partners, including both client partners and external vendors, to support their business objectives.

Provide consulting services to the Sales Team to support their day-to-day work.

Document all aspects of the sales cycle in various CRM systems and use LinkedIn to identify potential leads in collaboration with partners.

Contribute to the creation of materials needed for campaign programs in partnership with the marketing team and Partners.

Collaborate with the Stakeholders to share and discuss the open pipeline, gain a deeper understanding, and work on partner and pipeline development.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year full cycle sales experience.

Understanding of the IT and cloud-based technology industry
-
Language Required: Czech and English - C1
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling;

Experience in technology and technology sales experience
-
Experience in cooperation with partner ecosystem
-
Has quota based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion;
-
Bachelor’s degree;
-
Specific knowledge of the IT and cloud-based technology industry
-
Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications;
-
Commitment to in depth, structured sales training and processes.
