THE WORK:
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Resolve customer queries and claims or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Handle timely SSF tickets/emails
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve customer experience through effective communication and problem solving skills
- Ensure update and maintenance of country Desktop Procedures, Supporting Documents and Standard Operating Procedures
- Adhere to SLA and KPI targets
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Customer service experience in an international environment.
- Experience in order management and claim management.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of SAP.
- Availability to attend the office in Gdańsk 2-3 times a week.
