We work with game publishers, major studios, software developers and some of the world's largest broadcasters. From making sure your games work flawlessly or are localized for any market, to making sure they're 100% bug-free before they hit the shelves.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture across our offices in Poland, Serbia and Romania. You will improve employee engagement and promote the company's core values and mission. You will create an environment where employees feel motivated, valued, and aligned with the organization’s goals, while driving initiatives that shape a strong, cohesive company culture.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Experience:

  • Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to increase morale and overall job satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas of improvement.
  • Developing programs and activities that foster teamwork, recognition, and an inclusive workplace.

Culture Building:

  • Collaborating with leadership to promote and reinforce company values and culture through all employee touchpoints.
  • Aligning the workplace culture with the organization’s goals, to ensure a consistent and meaningful employee experience across all European locations.
  • Act as a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Internal Communication:

  • Monitoring employee sentiment and cooperating with Internal Communication Manager to create communication strategies that support a good working atmosphere and employee development.

Event Planning:

  • Planning and coordinating internal events, such as team-building activities, social events, celebrations, and company meetings.
  • Organizing employee recognition programs, including awards ceremonies, milestone celebrations, and other initiatives.
  • Budgeting and managing logistics, and vendor coordination for events.

Conflict Resolution & Problem-Solving:

  • In close cooperation with HR BP implementing programs that proactively address potential employee concerns and create a safe space for feedback

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Tracking and reporting key employee engagement and culture metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Using data from employee feedback to continuously improve programs and culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role, focusing on employee engagement or HR.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to implement creative solutions to enhance employee experience.
