For our Client, from services sector, we are looking for candidate for position of Customer Relationship Manager with German, who will be responsible for cooperation with key client and lead of team few Team Leaders.

Requirements
  • 5+ year of experience in Customer Care area or Service Delivery Management or Key Account Management,
  • good understanding of Managed Services Service Levels and contracts,
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships across various levels with internal and external stakeholders,
  • strong people management skills,
  • degree in business or related field,
  • fluency in English (at least B2 level) and German (preferred B2+/C1).
Responsibilities
  • manage an team and provide substantive support,
  • activities related to people management: recruiting new talents, setting individual and team goals, providing feedback, conducting employee evaluations ensuring further development of employees,
  • providing guidance to direct reports, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisors, delegating authority as required,
  • being responsible for relationships with key users, reporting results, reviewing expenses and proposing new solutions,
  • act as a client and service consultant in developing service descriptions and supporting marketing activities,
  • liaise with the CEO on a regular basis for reporting, updates and mutual information sharing,
  • managing the efficiency and effectiveness of departments by creating and maintaining balanced employment level within the teams and striving for diversity and inclusion,
  • leading and contributing to development of innovative methods and tools that increase the impact of service offerings and coming up with innovative solutions,
  • refining all aspects of communications—from web presence to external relations with the goal of creating a stronger brand.
