Senior HR Administration Specialist with German

Requirements
- experience in a similiar position,
- understanding of ES and HR policies and processes,
- knowledge of labor law in Germany
- demonstrated ability to partner with business units and collaborate with different teams,
- strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively,
- proficiency in English and German (B2/C1),
- capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- responsible for physical document management and the preparation of non-standard ad-hoc documents, tracking and storing linked to the hiring and exit of employees, as well as any contractual changes made throughout their employment,
- new hire contract, contract conversion or extension,
- notification letters/contract amendments for salary increases, promotions, work location changes, reassignments, leaves, terminations, no shows and any other job or personal data changes,
- benefits management, eg.assigning employees to benefit schemes per their eligibility,
- collect required signatures,
- ensure proper storage,
- manage and review leaves requests and supporting documentation, Misconduct and Discipline,
- monitor scheduling,
- manage overtime/undertime and supporting documentation for time and attendance record,
- consolidate time records input for payroll,
- ensure data is updated in HR and payroll systems as needed,
- participate in projects to analyze and improve processes, implementation of new or upgrade of existing tools, review of ways of working,
- participate in audits, providing necessary evidence and answer process related questions.
