THE WORK:

  • End-to-End O2C Operations - Independently process O2C transactions accurately and on time, adhering to process documentation and core values.

  • Training and Knowledge Sharing - Prepare and conduct trainings and workshops for both internal and client purposes to ensure knowledge consistency.

  • Data Management and Reporting - Record, verify, and execute transactions, as well as update, create, and review Service Documentation (SD) to maintain process accuracy.

  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement - Monitor, analyze, and propose corrective actions related to KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration and Agile Team Support - Work within an agile team to address business needs, support employees during peak times, and adapt to diverse challenges across projects and clients.

The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (50/50 hybrid model).

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Relevant Experience - Minimum 1 year of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, preferably in Customer Service roles.

  • Language Proficiency - Fluency in English and Spanish at a C1 level, ensuring effective verbal and written communication.

  • Communication Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.

  • Team Collaboration - Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to group success and maintaining a positive dynamic.

  • Attitude and Approach - A proactive and positive mindset, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
