Customer Service Associate with Spanish (He/She/Them)
The role is related to Medical industry. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Clients, ensuring their services run smoothly and effectively.
The work:
- Engage with Clients through various channels (email and telephone) to assist them with any inquiries related to Serviceandamp;Repair matters;
- Log work orders in the system for technical specialists;
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a positive client experience throughout interactions.
Flexible: The project offers hybrid mode of employment, 50/50 meaning 2-3 days requested to work from the office weekly.
With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with Clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
What will you do:
- Customer Service activities related to service and repair requests from the customers over the phone or via e-mail
- Validation of contractual agreements related to Service and Repair process
- Order management and returns management activities in SAP
- Coordination of service and repair process with internal teams and spare parts vendors
- Ensure resolution of queries within the contractual metrics

Here's what you will need:
- Very good English and Spanish min. C1
- Microsoft Office package knowledge Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Bonus points if you have experience in customer service
- Experience in working with SAP would be an asset
