Requirements
- experience in a similar position will be an asset,
- fluency in German (min. B2) and a good level of English,
- high school diploma or an equivalent qualification,
- proficiency in computer use, email communication and phone etiquette,
- problem-solving and high interpersonal skills,
- ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- prepare quotes, track orders, manage backlogs, handle invoices, process returns, resolve discrepancies and support the sales team and customers with any issues,
- look for ways to improve processes and procedures, including key performance metrics,
- maintain good relationships with customers by handling complaints and claims fairly and efficiently, following consumer protection laws,
- keep records up to date in both digital and paper formats as needed.
