Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
What You’ll Do:
- Identifying and qualifying leads by assessing inbound inquiries and uncovering new sales opportunities.
- Managing sales opportunities and pipeline by guiding clients through the sales process and handing off qualified deals.
- Creating and delivering presentations to showcase solutions and engage potential customers.
- Coaching and collaborating sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team.
- Maintaining accurate CRM data by organizing the sales pipeline and tracking key performance metrics.
- Working closely with the sales team to share insights, exchange experiences, and achieve goals together.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or lead generation – if you enjoy building relationships and identifying sales opportunities, you’ll thrive in this role!
- Fluent Croatian or Slovenian (C1) – so that you feel comfortable communicating with clients.
- English at a B2 level – for daily communication within the company.
- You’re curious about new technologies and eager to deepen your knowledge in this field.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Account Management – you know how to build strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively.
- Metrics-based sales experience with emphasis on performance, quota attainment, and promotion.
- Passion for IT, AI and cloud technology –understanding of the industry and are excited about innovative solutions.
- Inside sales experience.
