Overview
As the onsite Team Lead for Zevo Health, you will be our eyes and ears on the ground. Working in collaboration with your Clinical Lead and the Global Head Office team, you will be responsible for ensuring our client is delighted with our service. This responsibility has four main areas of focus: Clinical team management and supervision; Client stakeholder relationship management; Program development with data interpretation and reporting; and Service delivery.
As the Trust and Safety industry is constantly growing and changing, so too must our service to clients. We need to balance our ability to adapt and evolve our program in synch with our clients, with operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Team Management and Supervision
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of Mental Health Professionals (MHPs), discussing key client cases to ensure the highest level of care and effectively managing clinical risks
- Act as the main point-of-contact for all clinical risks for your specific site and taking all necessary steps to safeguard clients from further harm, in collaboration with your Clinical Lead where necessary
- Performance manage the team of MHPs ensuring they meet all delivery objectives and SLAs, swiftly addressing any performance or behavioral issues
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Track and report on MHP and operational delivery and performance to your Clinical Lead, ensuring to swiftly raise amber and red risks that may influence retention of staff or customers
- Consult with customer stakeholder groups including service users, people leaders, HR and other functions to ensure the wellbeing program is continually tailored and adapted to the evolving needs of the population at a site level
Program Development, Data Interpretation and Reporting
- Gather and surface clinical insights during regular reporting cycles, with a key focus on emerging trends and patterns related to the psychological health and wellbeing of the service users which may be influenced by their employer or role requirements
- Make recommendations for both the client and the Zevo team, as to what changes could and should be made to the program and/or operations, to address the emerging themes
- Monitor for any operational issues and raise amber and red flags to your Clinical Lead to make any necessary improvements to the service
Service Delivery
- Scheduling and facilitating on-demand, short-term individual counseling sessions with a diverse corporate workforce in the Trust and Safety industry
- Scheduling and facilitating quarterly, structured wellness check sessions with all employees to assess overall state of wellbeing and needs
- Designing and delivering group activities and training focused on enhancing mental health literacy, increasing resilience and the development of healthy coping and distress management skills
- Facilitating group counseling sessions
- Triaging urgent clinical requests through a crisis management solution, assessing needs and scheduling on-demand crisis intervention sessions
- Accurately completing administrative duties including tracking session data, completing case notes, and scheduling of sessions in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum master's degree in psychology or psychotherapy with specialization in Industrial-Organizational, Counseling, Assessment, and/or Social Psychology
- Member in good standing of a recognized professional association such as Polskie Towarzystwo Psychologiczne (PTP)
- Minimum 300 hours direct hours providing clinical therapy services
- 2+ years’ experience delivering clinical services in local country
- 2 - 3 years’ experience managing a team of MHPs and providing clinical supervision
- Demonstrated experience delivering wellbeing programs and assessing program efficacy
- Broad range of experience working with diverse clients and groups of a young adult and adult population
- Strong presentation skills
- Expert group facilitation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Polish is mandatory
- Fluent in written and spoken Ukrainian or Romanian is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and build relationships
- Prior experience working in a corporate setting is an asset
