Junior Cash Collector with Spanish
What will You do:
- Timely cash collection.
- Investigating and reviewing credit risks involving customers and suppliers.
- Evaluating credit history and handling day-to-day activities, referring the most delicate matters to the superior.
- Preparing and following up on letters of collection.
- Regularly reflecting the status of credit and collection activities, managing escalations and critical customers.
What we expect from You:
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1).
- Portuguese - B1 (nice to have).
- Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to attend the office in Warsaw 2-3 times a week (Proximo II).
