Responsibilities:

• processing assigned monthly payrolls, ensuring all employee data changes are accurate and processed timely,
• providing inputs for Payroll,
• managing the HR and benefits documentation, and being responsible for liaising with providers and employees on such matters,
• maintaining communication with employees,
• employee data & systems management.

Requirements:

• very good English on at least B2 level,
• fluency in Spanish OR Portuguese (min. C1 level),
• min. 1 year of experience in Payroll,
• very good communication & analytical skills,
• good knowledge of Excel,
• organization and time management skills,
• ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively.
