Disputes Analyst with German or Spanish
- Research dispute, process disputes in bulks
- Prepare reports and analyses
- Work in tools ie SAP and other
- Conduct professional and comprehensive mail contact or phone communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing insights on process gaps and improvements
- Resolving requests within agreed timeframes
- Cooperation with other departments

- Strong time management skills and task goal orientation
- MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, SAP knowledge nice to have
