Requirements:
- professional HR experience in HR administration in France,
- ease of creating articles in the HR area,
- excellent communication skills (verbal and written),
- proficient knowledge of HR systems (Service Now preferred),
- fluent knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2).
Responsibilities:
- provide support to employees by responding to HR-related inquiries and managing day-to-day HR operations,
- building and creating an HR knowledge base for France,
- identification of missing training materials/knowledge,
- creating engaging and creative content and internal procedures in the HR area,
- efficient resolution of HR matters on ServiceNow,
- ensuring employee data is processed quickly and accurately in Success Factors and other platforms.
