What will you do:

• Ensuring the requests are completed thoroughly and accurately within the appropriate timeframe.
• Prioritizing own activities and assist team members as needed to meet client deadlines and quality standards.
• Providing input into process improvement.
• Adhering to Client/internal SLAs
• Participate in buddy program to mentor new joiners.
• Ensuring compliance in following Accenture and client policies/practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies, statutory requirements, and special handling procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional training Work on the tools required with ease and accuracy.
• Being a team player and work in collaboration with clients and other stakeholders.
• Updating all required daily/weekly/monthly templates and report.

What we expect from you: ​

• Fluent Danish and English, B2 level required (both written and oral.)
• Strong research, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Attitude to work effectively andamp; autonomously with minimum supervision.
• Ability to adapt quickly to constantly changing priorities.
• MS Office Excel knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective time management, organization, and task prioritization skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode.
