For our Client, an international manufacturing company with an office located in Warsaw, we are looking for candidates interested in the position of Travel & Expense Administrator with German.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client's travel and expense processes. Your scope of duties will include processing T&E reports, providing support to employees and maintaining necessary T&E documentation and data.
Requirements:
- min. 1 year of relevant experience (as an AP Accountant, T&E Specialist, HR Admin, administrative support etc.),
- very good knowledge of German (min. B2) and English (min. B1) - mandatory,
- previous experience with Concur - nice to have,
- good MS Excel skills,
- detail-oriented and well-organized,
- very good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with internal business partners.
Responsibilities:
- processing Travel & Expenses reports in Concur,
- auditing T&E for employees from DACH region,
- ensuring compliance with company's guidelines and policies,
- maintaining T&E documentation and data in company systems,
- managing employees’ inquiries and solving issues related to T&E,
- conducting trainings for business users,
- identifying potential process improvements opportunities.
