The team you will be working with is ONE Danone Business Services (DBS), responsible for delivering standardized and comprehensive solutions to improve work quality and employee, customer and supplier services across Europe. One DBS operates through various departments, covering areas such as Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Invoice to Cash, Employee Services, Master Data Management, Internal Control, Tax. One DBS function is based in Warsaw and supports various business functions to enhance operational efficiency across Europe.
An HR Data Management Specialist with French is a back office position in which you will be responsible for managing employees' data throughout the whole employees' lifecycle. You will take part in taking over the processes from the French local team and implementing them in the Warsaw division. You will be involved in the very beginning stage of the transition allowing you to deeply understand the process and take a key part in shaping and implementing the procedures.
Requirements
- previous experience in Data Management (preferably at HR positions in shared services environment) is a necessary condition,
- excellent data management skills, ability to process big volumes of data with high accuracy,
- experience in HR is a huge advantage but not necessary as long as you have experience in managing data in a fast-paced environment,
- ease in cooperation with foreign entities,
- fluency in English and French (min. B2) is a must,
- knowledge of the Success Factors, ServiceNow or ADP systems will be a big asset,
- ability to use MS Office,
- high analysis skills,
- good communication skills and attention to detail,
- experience in transition and project improvement will be nice to have.
Responsibilities
- participating in the transition of HR Data Management processes from France to Warsaw,
- together with the team learning the procedures from the French local department and implementing them in the Warsaw office,
- managing employees' data, creating employees' profiles and maintaining them,
- data maintenance linked to the hiring and exit of employees,
- implementing changes made to variable and recruiting data throughout the employment lifecycle, such as: new hire, salary changes, benefits data, international mobility, promotions, transfers, working hours, cost center changes, terminations and other job or personal data changes,
- T&A data maintenance,
- deductions and corrections data maintenance,
- ensuring proper evidence is provided by HR, admin and/or payroll provider as needed.
