Supply Chain Operations Senior Analyst/Specialist with Polish
THE WORK:
- Supply Planning: Conduct daily KPI analysis for assigned tasks to identify priorities, manage orders, address root causes of delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Supplier and Logistics Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers, manage inter-warehouse flows, and ensure accurate part maintenance and periodic updates of depot line-ups.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Handle supply chain customer inquiries through internal research, escalation processes, and providing timely resolutions.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments and support back-office activities to streamline operations.
- Strategic and Periodic Planning: Define and maintain PDC line-ups and perform regular reviews to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Domain Experience: At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain within the Automotive sector.
- Customer Interaction Experience: Requires experience in customer interaction, as 20% of the role involves voice-based support.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ticketing tools, MS Office, and other ERP programs.
- Language Proficiency: Basic level of English required.
