THE WORK
You will be a part of the Agile workforce, with the opportunity to support various clients in F&A based on current business needs
- Record, verify and execute transactions according to process documentation.
- Follow up and action taken regarding open items
- Timely and correctly solving cases
- Handling timely SSF tickets/emails
- Good understanding of overall processes.
- Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined.
- Timely ICS/internal controls control submission according to DP. (if applicable)
- Understand the process impact of operational activities on KPIs/SLA's.
- Update of documentation
- Participation in meetings
- Close cooperation across the team
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- German on C1 level is a must
- English on B2 level is a must
- Knowledge of SAP would be a benefit
- Knowledge of any kind of ticketing tools such as SSF, ServiceNow or Salesforce would be a benefit
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a group
- Positive attitude
- Analytical skills
