These Startups are building their products, solutions and services on industry-leading Cloud and AI technologies, and you will serve as their point of contact for activation and consumption through development of relationships, landing Azure value proposition and hands-on work.
THE WORK:
- Value Creator: Identify and articulate business value of Azure and AI solutions to Startups through hands-on demonstrations, storytelling, value proposition etc. to activate and increase consumption of Azure
- Consumption: Conduct analyses into what Startups are using versus needs. Drive greater consumption with Startups based on analysis of both usage and needs. Leverage insights to provide guidance and recommendations to customers; drives, retains, and optimizes customer consumption
- Operationally Excellent: Follow processes, systems, and documentation as expected; identify issues or barriers to efficiency; recommend improvements.
- Technical Acumen: Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs of Startups, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments
- Technology Strategist: Leverage best practices to guide Startup strategy and future growth
- Provide feedback and insights on Startup development needs, blockers or mitigation strategies
- Customer Obsessed: Be the Voice of the Startup; share customer insights, best practices, and connect with internal teams to remove key blockers
- Leading at the Edge: Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, activate and manage Startups
- Continuous Learner: Maintain Azure and AI technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community
- Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners and external communities
The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office (hybrid model).
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent English and German (min. C1 level)
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, pre or post sales, technical consulting, architecture or customer success roles
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to successfully communicate with contacts via the phone, email, video and presentations
- Understanding of Startup ecosystem or direct experience in a technology Startup
- Solid time management skills and ability to work independently or under supervision with a high level of integrity
- Passion for AI and Cloud technologies and knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
- AZ-104 certified with ability to obtain AZ-305 within 3 months since starting in role
- AI-900 certified or ability to obtain this certification within 3 months since starting in role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, and/or AI, machine learning, data science technologies
- Experience working with AI services, tools, and frameworks, such as Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, Copilot, Bot Framework, and Azure Databricks
- Experience in one or more of the following: designing architecture, networking, container services, data center migrations or database administration, design and architect experience in data analytics, coding/development, cloud-based solution designs, migrations or management of technology
- Broad knowledge of consultative/complex technical sales, deployment projects, architecture, design and implementation
- AZ-305 certified
- AI-102 certified
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology, Engineering, or experience in related field.
